We’re excited to announce a new referral system for our company, Wayru. Starting today, you’ll be able to earn rewards for referring friends and colleagues to join the Wayru TestNet.
Here’s how it works: when you refer someone to Wayru and they complete tasks like Staking $WRU tokens or inviting more people to join, you and the referred person will receive 50 $WRU tokens as a reward.
Tasks to complete:
- Create an Account
- Get WRU from the faucet
- Stake at least 10,000 WRU
- Buy and stake at least 2 Pool Tokens
- Invite at least five (5) people
You’ll be able to see the rewards in your account, which will be redeemable when on MainNet. You can invite up to 100 people. That’s 5,000 $WRU just for inviting people.
We’re introducing this referral system as a way to grow our community more organically without having to spend money on ads. We believe that the best way to grow is by rewarding our current community for helping us bring in new members.

In addition to the rewards for the referrer and the referred, starting in 2023, we will also have a leaderboard to show all-time high referrers and weekly top referrers. The weekly top referrers will have the chance to win even more rewards, including $WRU, Pool Tokens, and AirBlocks.
